Mississippi Pot Roast

This is by far a staple in my cooking. This Pot Roast is so yummy and easy to make! It has left overs, the gravy is banging and it fills you up! I also have a video on my Youtube Channel showing how to make it.

The stars of the cast! a Chuck Tender Roast, Au Jus Gravy Mix, Ranch Seasoning Mix and Half a stick of Unsalted Butter

Place the Roast in your Crock pot...Fat side down

Sprinkle Ranch Seasoning Mix over Roast

Sprinkle Au Jus Gravy Mix over Roast
Place half a stick of butter on top of Roast. Original recipe calls for a whole stick. But that is just way to much for me. But hey...No one is judging you if you want a stick of butter!

Oops! I forget you also need some Pepperoncini Peppers!

Place as many peppers as you want on top and around the Roast

Put on Low and let cook for 8 long, long hours!

Place lid on and don't remove it til the 8 hours are up! I know its hard, but you can do it!

8 hours later..this is what you should have! Look at all that yummy goodness!

The peppers give the roast and gravy an awesome taste!

Now you just break it up

It is so tender, you don't even need a fork!

Make sure every piece is coated with that yummy gravy!

I always serve mine with Rolls..These rolls are legit!

Serve over rice with some of that yummy gravy and you are good to go! Enjoy!
